UK Password Reset Desktop
The Password Reset Desktop allows you to reset your password if this has expired. This is accessed via the Citrix Workspace app.

To access Citrix:

Please note that if your password has already expired, the server will run through the reset process as you log on. Once this is completed you can close the server and continue on as usual.
When do I need to use this?
When your password expires you will see the below error message and not be allowed to log in. This will be for any authenticated websites (Daybooks, Holiday reports and STI/OS portal):

If you log directly into a desktop (Finance/Office 365) you will see the below error:
Using the Password Reset Desktop
Log on to Citrix using (Citrix Workspace or https://euremoteapps.randstadgis.com)


Ensure you have the “Desktops” tab selected to access the UK Password Reset Desktop.

When logging in to UK Password Reset Desktop to reset the password. You will need to click “ok” past the notice page.
Enter the current user email address and current Citrix Password

Click OK to proceed with password change

Create a new password and confirm this new password.


Log into the desktop, to allow for the password to synchronise correctly Once the password is changed log off from the password reset desktop.

Please now attempt to access whatever system you were unable to access. If you are still experiencing issues, then please contact the Service Desk on 01582 811677.
